We keep prices up-to-date, carefully choose suppliers of concrete and other materials. We get accurate calculations with minimal costs, since the price in the end should correctly reflect the approved floor design.

We provide the executive documentation in full compliance with the legislation. The customer, having received correctly compiled and collected executive documentation, has no problems with the delivery of the object to state authorities. We easily and quickly draw up any complex documents, unlike any other customers, who often cannot do anything in terms of documentation.

An extensive database of performers personally verified by us allows us to select the optimal performers within contractual terms. We do a lot of preliminary work on the search, evaluation and certification of performers before using any team. The competence of the workers is checked, if necessary, we conduct additional training. All this ultimately helps us solve the problem of deadlines.

We collect additional data to update the technical solution, finalize the cost of the object, as well as to quickly organize production and provide up-to-date deadlines for the production of works. This stage is necessarily done before the conclusion of the contract, so that after there are no additional agreements to the contract. And, in general, speed up the process of work on the site so that everything goes smoothly and without stopping.

A technical program is a selected standard implementation technology tied to a specific object, taking into account all its features. It consists of a list of sequential tasks to be completed, monitoring indicators responsible for each task and specific deadlines. It allows the production to exercise good control over the progress of construction. For the customer's representative, the TP gives a good clarification of the whole process.

The technical solution is a developed floor design that fully complies with the customer's technical specifications, the operating conditions of industrial floors at the facility and the condition of the facility itself. TR is based on the client's wishes, operating conditions and the physical condition of the object itself: the state of the foundation, the state of adjacent structures, current weather conditions and operating conditions at the existing facility.
