FLOOR ARRANGEMENT Definition of the concept
It means simply performing a series of works so that you end up with a floor. Which includes determining what will serve as the basis. And, based on what operational needs, load and other factors, the design of the floor is made.
For the device of the floor, either a ground base or a floor slab is chosen. The main structural layers of the floor are (see the figure above).

- underlying layer,
- thermal insulation and waterproofing layers,
- screed,
- interlayer,
- coverage.
The structure may also include the following layers:
- vapor barrier layer
- sound-proofing layer
- concrete preparation
- capillary-breaking layer
- reinforced top layer (topping)

- temperature-shrinkage seam

- steel-fiber-reinforced concrete underlying layers and coatings
